Joe and Zen Dry are the TRUTH!!! We had a sink overflow and flood our bathroom on our top level, that then began to leak through the ceiling into our kitchen on the middle level. This happened about 7pm. We called Zen Dry and Joe was at our house later that night! From the minute he stepped in our home, his calm demeanor, professional knowledge of what potential risks were at stake, and his promptness to rectify the situation was A+. What I enjoyed most: even when his job was complete, and it was time for insurance and a contractor to step in and repair the home, Joe was still willing to come out and meet with the Field Inspector, talk to the adjuster, provide contractor references, etc. His willingness to see our situation to the end is to be commended for! Finding Zen-Dry was truly a blessing for us.

Joe and Zen Dry Restoration are really great. Very responsive. My house flooded during the recent tropical storm and they did an amazing job explaining everything to me and working with me (I had a lot of questions) and, of course, ripping out water damaged parts of my home. Joe even came by to do a moisture check two weeks later after my house had a little more flooding (yeah, it's been a wreck of a few weeks). I really can't stress too much how helpful they have been. I hope that you all never need to deal with flooding or other serious water damage, but if you do, you should give Zen Dry a call.
